Fast, Reliable, and Secure Delivery

At Mehryaa, we are committed to delivering your favorite ethnic wear right to your doorstep. This Shipping Policy outlines our delivery process, timeframes, and charges.

1. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. During checkout, you can verify if we deliver to your location.

We deliver and offer reverse pickup across most PIN codes in India. If your location is outside our serviceable area, delivery may take longer and reverse pickup may not be available. In such cases, you may need to courier the product to us at your own cost for the return or exchange process.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon.

Orders are dispatched in 3-4 working days. It takes about 3-4 working days for the order to reach you once dispatched.

2. Order Tracking

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
  • SMS updates on order status
  • Real-time tracking link

You can also track your order by:

  1. Logging into your Mehryaa account
  2. Going to "My Orders"
  3. Clicking on "Track Order" next to your order

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

💰 COD Available!

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹10,000 in select locations.

COD Charges

  • ₹40 COD handling fee applies on all COD orders
  • Payment must be made in cash to the delivery person
  • Exact amount is preferred (change may not always be available)

4. Delivery Instructions

Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is not successful:

  • Courier will make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • You'll receive calls/SMS before each attempt
  • After failed attempts, the package returns to us
  • Return shipping charges (₹100) will be deducted from refund

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Package

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us within 7 days of expected delivery
  • We'll file a claim with the courier
  • A replacement will be sent or full refund issued

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Record a clear unboxing video showing the entire package opening and product condition
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue
  • Do not use or wash the product before filing the claim
  • Submit the unboxing video along with a brief description of the issue
  • Our team will review the evidence and arrange a prompt replacement or refund

6. Festive Season Delays

During festive seasons (Diwali, Navratri, etc.) and sale periods:

  • Delivery may take 2-3 days longer than usual
  • We'll keep you updated via email/SMS
  • Plan your orders in advance during peak seasons

7. Address Changes

Need to change your delivery address?

  • Contact us immediately after placing the order
  • Changes possible only before the order is shipped
  • Once shipped, address cannot be modified

8. Multiple Item Orders

If you order multiple items:

  • All items will be shipped together when possible
  • If items are at different warehouses, they may ship separately
  • You'll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment
  • No extra shipping charges for split shipments
