Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels must be intact and attached
  • Item must be in its original packaging
  • No signs of wear, stains, or alterations
  • Must be accompanied by the original invoice

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to start your return or exchange:

Step 1: Submit Request
Fill out our Return & Exchange Request form within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation
Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours and send you a confirmation email with pickup details and further instructions.
Step 3: Pack & Ship
We offer a pick-up service for returns to the address provided at the time of your order placement. Please ensure the item is carefully packed in its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Step 4: Quality Check
Once we receive your return, our quality team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Step 5: Refund or Exchange
Upon approval, your exchange will be processed or refund initiated within 7–10 business days. Please note that refunds are applicable only for prepaid (online) orders; Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive store credit.
Please Note:
  • Mehryaa is not responsible if the wrong product is handed over to the delivery person during pickup.
  • Pickup can be attempted a maximum of 3 times. If the item is not collected after the third attempt, the return request will be marked as failed. For any help, please contact our customer care team at +91 98257 70131.
  • The return or exchange request can only be initiated once per order.
  • Once an exchange product has been delivered, it is not eligible for further return or exchange.
  • The return process typically takes 4–5 working days.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size Exchanges: If the size doesn't fit, you can exchange for a different size (subject to availability)
  • Color Exchanges: Change your mind about the color? Exchange for another available color in the same style
  • Product Defects: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we'll send a replacement immediately
Exchange Shipping: If you happen to receive an incorrect or damaged product, our team will arrange a quick pickup and deliver the correct replacement with care.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the full package opening and product condition.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue.
  3. Submit a return or exchange request along with the video and brief description of the issue.
  4. Our team will review the evidence and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Important: For claims regarding missing items or receiving the wrong product, unboxing video proof is mandatory. Claims without video evidence may not be processed.

Quality Assurance: All Mehryaa products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. In the rare event of a defective or incorrect item, we will resolve it promptly through a complimentary replacement or refund.
