Refund Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order
  • The item meets our Return & Exchange Policy criteria
  • The item is returned in its original condition with all tags attached
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
  • COD orders: Store credit (valid 1 year) will be issued; COD fee is non-refundable
  • Online payments: Full refund will be issued
Important: Refunds are only processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Items that don't meet our return criteria may not be eligible for a refund.

Store credit is valid for 1 year and can be used on any item on our website. Expired credit cannot be reissued or refunded. Store credit cannot be used with other ongoing offers and discounts.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

Credit/Debit Card
Refunds appear in 5-7 business days. The exact time depends on your bank's processing time.
UPI / Net Banking
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your bank account.
Digital Wallets
Refunds to wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, etc.) are typically instant once processed.
Cash on Delivery
COD refunds are provided as store credit valid for 1 year. COD fees are non-refundable.
Please Note: We cannot expedite refund processing by your bank. If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Returns initiated after 7 days from delivery date
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
  • Sale or clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Items lost or damaged during unauthorized return shipping

If you'd like to exchange your item instead of getting a refund:

  • Exchanges are processed faster than refunds (3-5 business days)
  • No waiting for refund processing and re-ordering
  • Exchange for different size, color, or similar item
  • Subject to stock availability
